Covid-19 Safety Measures

Compass_edited.png

In line with current UK Government guidelines, we are planning on holding our ceremonies and events in-person, outdoors, from Alban Hefin (20 June 2021) onwards.

The following measures will be in place to ensure that all participants feel safe and comfortable meeting in-person.

If you have any questions about safety, accessibility, or specific requirements, please get in touch with us.

If there are any changes to UK government guidelines that may mean we are unable to hold in-person events, we will get in touch via this page, our News and Events page, and through an email to all registered attendees.

During outdoor events - guidelines

We don't require masks to be worn but all attendees are welcome to wear one, if they wish.

We have returned to holding hands at points within a ceremony and we also sing/chant and perform actions within close proximity of each other.

Participants are welcome to bring their own items for personal ritual use, as well as any plates, cups, utensils, food and drink and to only use those items. Requests to bring items for general use, voluntarily, are sent to registered attendees via email but are not mandatory. In warmer weather, usually from Beltane to Samhain, we share food after a ceremony. For each ceremony, regardless of the weather, there is usually some mead to go around.

Anyone may ‘drop out’ or leave the ceremony or event at any time, without needing to provide a reason. We want you to feel relaxed and comfortable and appreciate that some may need to do this.
